Navigate an ever-changing labyrinth
A malfunction in the ship’s macrostructure means the layout of the decks will shift and change configuration periodically. Each and every expedition into The Persistence will be disorienting and different.
Use darkness and cover
Avoid being overwhelmed by the ship’s deadly new inhabitants. Move stealthily, strike from the shadows and deflect any onslaught of counter attacks with your personal shield.
Explore, unlock and upgrade
Harvest DNA material to improve health, toughness and defensive capabilities and loot materials & schematics for weapon upgrades and suit customizations with perks.
Death is just the beginning
If Zimri dies, her consciousness is uploaded into a new cloned body, ready to try again with any upgraded stats, suits & weapon schematics kept for the next attempt.
Asymmetric Multiplayer
Connect a phone or tablet running IOS or Android to the game for up to 2 players to take control of ‘Solex’ – the ship’s engineering system. Once connected, they will be able to take control of the ship’s systems in realtime, including abilities to lure creatures, open doors and disable any of the ship’s internal security defenses.
IOS or Android compatible device and "The Persistence" application required for Asymmetric Multiplayer to work. Data charges may apply.
VR Headset support
Compatible with Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Valve Index and WMR headsets. Features tailored control settings and comfort options for VR and non-VR play.
Motion controls are not supported.
Story
"Set on board a deep space scientific vessel called The Persistence in the year 2521, the ship arrives at the site of a collapsing star 17,000 light years from earth. While conducting a major experiment, a horrific incident occurs mutating many of the crew. As The Persistence is pulled into the gravity of the collapsing star, the ship's computer, 'IRIS' wakes remaining members of the crew from cryogenic sleep - one at a time. Can you stay alive long enough to save The Persistence?"
