Make clean meds or dirty drugs. Design your own chemical recipes using a deep crafting system. Create high-demand designer substances or flood the market with cheap junk, what you cook is up to you.

Corrupt cops, rival gangs, snitches, and undercover agents, everyone wants a piece. Manage your heat, cover your tracks, and always have an escape plan.

Play alone, or build an empire with your crew in seamless 2–4 player online co-op. Share labs, split profits, or double-cross them when it’s time to take it all.
