The only way to keep going is forward, beat room after room of increasingly more difficult encounters while gaining an item after every room. Refer to your tracking journal as you collect more items with unique purpose and learn to combine certain items to create extremely powerful items. This game is about being able to predict and dodge bullet hell all the while hitting your shots.
